Welcome To A New Month 🎉

I don’t usually post on Sundays but I felt the need to because it’s the start of a new month and I just wanted to say a happy new month to you.

How was October like for you, let me know your thoughts below.

For me, it was quite draining. I had a course to complete, I had assignments to complete and also the situation in my country Nigeria was just so 😥🙅🤦. The whole incident that happened with what started as a peaceful protest to put an end to SARS that later became a blood bath at the end. Seriously, I don’t know why they ordered to kill those people that night and the worst part is that the government is not saying anything. Lives were just lost that night and it was very unnecessary and still unexplainable. Right now we can only hope that things get better because the whole thing was mentally draining, just checking social media and seeing someone that died for nothing. It’s really sad that people lost brothers, sisters, children and all and then the government isn’t doing anything about it but that’s what they know how to do best NOTHING. Now enough of me ranting about the bad governance in my country, let’s move to something better.

Despite the things that happened, I’m still grateful for the month of October. I’m really thankful that everyone that I know is still alive and well. I’m grateful for God’s protection and provision also. It’s amazing how God shows up in a situation and turns things around especially when you have lost all hope and how he shines his light upon us. I’m super grateful to him for what he has done for me and my family 🙏

I’m also happy that I got to read lots of book last month that just changed the way I viewed things and my eyes were open to a new better perspective and a new set of people.

I’m looking forward to being better and doing better this month and I just want to wish you all happy new month. May you get all you desire and more, may the month be blessed and fruitful, may your joy be overflowing and may you have no cause to experience sorrow but instead rejoice in the Lord.

Thanks for reading, I wasn’t really consistent last month because I had a lot of things going on and some days I just didn’t feel like doing anything but I hope to come back strong this month.
