Hey love, how are you doing? Have you heard of the 5 D’s needed to succeed? Today we’ll be looking at how to attain success following the five Ds method. Everyone wants to attain success and I’m sure you are not left out so keep on reading about the five Ds.

The Five Ds needed to succeed are: Desire, Drive, Determination Discipline and Dedication.

Your desire is something you really want, something you wish for. You have to want it so bad and this will help you persevere despite your challenges. Your desire will drive you to move forward to pursue your dreams and make it a reality. Your desire is fueled by your why.

Why do you want to succeed, what fuels your desire to relentlessly chase after your dreams, what drives you to succeed?

Your desire is what you want to succeed in. It could be to become a CEO of a company, a six figure earner, own a house, buy a car and so on. You first have to know yourself and know what you desire to accomplish. Desire is the starting point for all achievement. You need to have a burning desire to achieve your goals.

To succeed you must have a drive, something that motivates you and fuels you to do more. You must be hungry for that thing you want to achieve. Your drive needs to be unwavering. Everyone has dreams and aspirations they hope to achieve but the people who actually achieve them have all the eight Ds. You must have a deep intentional drive to succeed. .

Drive is created by imagining the reward ahead or overcoming the lack that exists. Imagine and visualize what you really want. How will you feel when you have it? That should drive you to work towards it.

If you desire is to own a car, that is your reward and it’s also to overcome the lack of not having one and the discomfort of taking the bus, that should be your drive.

Your drive is your cherished desire. Fuel your drive and your drive will fuel your success.

If you are determined, there is no challenge you overcome as long as you don’t quit. In life, you have to be determined. Determination enables you to persist despite difficulties, it makes you move forward with faith and hope until your goal is accomplished.

Determination helps you in life because it motivates you to accomplish your task. When you are determined to get something and you work towards it you will surely get it. It enables you to keep focus, overcome challenges and push through them.

When you are determined you keep pressing on. It is when you want something very much and you don’t allow anyone or any difficulty stop you. Without any determination it will be easy for you to give up because of difficulties but when you are determined, you can do anything you set your mind to.

And to get started with all of these, you need to have a dream, direction and destination.

Everyone has dreams, desires and goals. Are your dreams too big or too small? No dream is too big and none is too small. Have a dream, where do you see yourself in the next five years? What comes to your mind?

Everyone has dreams to be great, to make it big time, to own a house, drive a car. Whatever dream you have, it’s not too small or too big, you can always work towards it and for every dream you have know that it is attainable.

Direction and Destination

You need to have a direction and a destination. You can’t go anywhere without knowing where you are going to or how to get there. It is important that you have these two. So now you have a dream, what direction do you need to take that will lead you to your destination?

Imagine someone telling you to go somewhere without telling you where exactly or how to get there. Will you even embark on the journey?

You need to have a direction, know the steps you will take that will move you to your destination.

A road

If your dream is to own a house, you need to know exactly what type of house, that is your destination and you need to know the direction to the house or else you wouldn’t get there. Know how much you need to get the house, the type of job you need to get to pay for the house and so on.
