Spread the love

Hey loves, how have you been? Everyone can testify about the bad things that happened all over the world this year but let’s take a look at the good things that happened. Despite it all I’m sure something good must have happened to you so what are you grateful for this year? I’m going to be sharing with you twenty things I’m grateful for.

1. Life

I’m so grateful to be alive and that every member of my family and friends are alive as well.

2. Good Health

I’m happy that despite the whole Corona issue no member of my family got sick and we’re all alive and well and every part of our body is complete and functioning properly.

3. Family

This lockdown made me stay with my family more and everyone was just together and it was really nice.

4. Friends

I’m so grateful for my friends and how supportive they are. I made a lot of online friends this year and it’s really amazing how some people you’ve never met can be so supportive. I just got to value friendships more and some days I’ll just thank God for a particular friend each day.

5. Growth

I’m grateful that I got to grow this year and be intentional about certain things and that has been really nice.

6. Food

I’m grateful that there was always something to eat because to be honest at the beginning of the lockdown I was really anxious because my parents weren’t working for the first few months but thankfully we always had food to eat and God always provided.

7. I’m Grateful That I Wasn’t In An Accident

So I have a phobia for crossing, I really hate crossing anything at all and the worst is crossing roads, I even hate walking on the road most times because it’s always busy. So most times I cross I almost nearly get hit by a vehicle especially when crossing with my sister, she just leaves me in the middle of the road but anyway I’m grateful that I never got hit by a car.

8. New Experience

So this year we got to experience lockdown something we haven’t experienced not that it’s a good thing to experience too but I like the experience that came with it because I got to connect more with myself and try out new things.

9. New Skills

I got to learn a thing or two about some things. I learnt about copywriting, content writing and I’m currently working on my French.

10. Bad times

As crazy as this may seem I learned a lot from having a bad time and even if it doesn’t make me happy I’m grateful I can learn from it. I probably won’t have started this blog, wouldn’t have learned most of the things I did, wouldn’t have met some people and just be intentional about some things.

11. Social media

I’m grateful that I got to connect with amazing people on social media and I’m grateful for everyone that is my friend/ follower on social media platforms that I am in.

I’m also grateful for the funny memes and videos that people pass around because it really helps in relieving stress and cheering me up.

12. Blogging

I’m so glad I started this blog, it not only kept me busy but it has been a great avenue to connect with amazing people, reading other people’s work and having others read mine has been nice. I’m grateful that people like the content I put up and also show their support.

I’m grateful for the nearly 400 followers ( just need two more) who follow me and others that don’t but still come back everytime to read, like and comment on a post. You all are the best.

13. Books

I read a lot of books this year, they should be more than 50 if I sit down to write them out. I’m grateful for the amazing authors that wrote them because books are a great way to get enlightened and I got to learn a lot from reading.

14. YouTube

I don’t think I’ve ever watched YouTube as much as I did this year. I’ve watched countless of videos on different topics, some have been educating, motivating and funny. I’m grateful that I got to learn through this platform.

15. My Book

I’m grateful that I got to complete my book on Wattpad undeniable attraction after countless writers block and procrastination and now it has nearly two million reads.

I’m also grateful that I got to write an ebook on goal setting titled Achieving The Unthinkable, if you are looking at setting your goals for success in the coming year then you should definitely get it, it comes with a free workbook as well πŸ˜‰

That’s it for the things I’m grateful for this year. I’ll love to hear from you, what are the things you are grateful for this year?
