Hey loves, we’re looking at habits to develop in 2022 that will improve your life. These are daily habits you can include into your routine that are simply life changing.

The Big List Of Habits To Improve Your Life In 2022
1. Living Healthy
It’s so important to practice living healthy now than ever before. Living healthy involves a lot of things. You can choose to get enough sleep, eat healthy foods, take your vitamins, exercise, drink more water and prioritize your mental and physical health.
Reading helps you learn more and broadens your knowledge. It’s a good way to learn about something or just spend time reading something exciting. You can read self help books, they are sure to improve your life and change your mindset. You can also read other types of books as well.
Writing down your thoughts helps you so much. Getting your emotions down on paper can be so relieving so having a journal can be really helpful. You can also use it to track your emotions and other things. Aside from that you could start a blog or even write a book.
4. Gratitude/ Affirmation
Having a gratitude or affirmation list can really be helpful in making you positive and I really love them. You can make use of affirmations daily and write what you are grateful for at the end of each day. I have a lot of posts on affirmations so be sure to check them out. Here’s one for the year.
5. Spending Habits
Make a budget of your money, know how much you will spend on something and make sure it’s something you really need and not just something you will buy and just leave somewhere after the thrill of getting it is gone. Also don’t buy on impulse because you’ll have a lot of stuff you don’t really need. Also learn to save and invest your money.
6. Time management
Learning to manage your time properly is so helpful, it’s going to save you the stress of multi tasking just so you can get things done and it’s also going to help you achieve more and make you more efficient and effective in your day to day activities.
7. Be present
We are all guilty of not being present in the moment I know I am extremely guilty. If I’m not occupied with something then I’m probably thinking of how to get something done and if it’s not that then I’m on my phone or something else. Sometimes we just need to put those things on pause and look around us and take our surroundings in. It’s also important to reduce your screen time and spend enough time with people around you that matters.
8. Self Care
Make yourself your top priority. Take care of yourself, your mental and physical health. Treat yourself to things you enjoy doing or having. Take good care of you, protect your space and just do things that will make you happy.
Know what’s important to you, schedule your activities with what’s important being at the top. Don’t take on more than you can. Prioritize your health, prioritize your activities, prioritize time to heal and grow.
10. Set goals
Setting goals is one habit that will tremendously improve your life. You can set yearly goals, monthly goals, weekly and daily goals and if you see setting goals as a big thing then you can have a to do list.
